A journey through breath, movement & dreamlike rest
Welcome to an immersive journey through breath, movement, ecstatic states, and the liminal space between waking and dreaming.
Together we'll explore what becomes possible when we slow down enough to listen. With presence, trust, and open-hearted curiosity, we create the conditions for life to move through us rather than around us — allowing the body to remember its own intelligence, rhythm, and capacity for healing.
Through somatic movement, an activating breathwork journey, and deep dreamlike rest, you'll be invited into a direct experience of the body's innate wisdom and vast inner landscape. Rather than trying to change or fix anything, we'll practice meeting ourselves as we are, allowing sensation, emotion, and imagination to unfold in their own time.
This is an invitation to soften, to surrender, and to reconnect with the wild, intelligent nature that lives both within us and all around us. A space where breath becomes a bridge, movement becomes medicine, and rest becomes a portal into deeper presence.

This practice is open to anyone who feels called to explore the transformative potential of breath, movement, and deep rest. The intention of this class is to awaken your life force, cultivate self-love, and invite a deeper connection with your body, soul, and your innate wisdom.

Founder of Love Yoga
Maria creates a safe, supportive, and welcoming space that invites you into a deeper exploration of yourself.
For more than twenty years, she has immersed herself in the study and practice of yoga, meditation, and somatic movement.
At the heart of Maria's work is the belief that everything we need already lives within us. Yet for many of us, the connection to our inner landscape has been lost. We are fluid, ever-changing beings trying to fit into a linear and often limiting system—a system we have created and one we also have the power to step beyond.
The path inward begins with presence—with trusting the body's innate intelligence and mysterious wisdom. It already knows the way back to balance. The body remembers what the mind often forgets: that we have never been separate from nature, because the body of nature and the nature of the body are one.
Maria believes in the collective over the individual, in slowness over speed, in flowing rather than forcing, in surrender rather than striving, and in feeling fully rather than becoming numb.
She is an experienced teacher and guide with advanced training in Restorative Yoga, Embodied Yin™, Embodied Flow™, Viryayoga™, and is currently continuing her studies in Somatic Stress Release™ and Katonah Yoga™. She is also a certified Breathwork Healer, Reiki Master Teacher, and Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner.
Over the years, Maria has studied yoga, healing, and embodied practices in different parts of the world, while cultivating her own medicine through a deeply personal journey of healing, curiosity, and transformation.
Whether through movement, stillness, breath, or touch, her intention is not to teach you what to become, but to help you remember what has always been there.
”Maria is an incredibly gifted teacher whose intuition, deep presence, and remarkable ability to truly see every person in the room create an experience that feels both safe and deeply personal.”
