Explore connection with others
In this workshop, we explore our group energy and what can awaken in us when we relate to others.
The people around us can mirror different aspects of ourselves, offering new ways of seeing who we are and how we connect. You are invited to explore how life – and our connections with the people around us – can teach us something about ourselves, and how connecting with our authentic selves and our community can bring a sense of safety, happiness and wellbeing.
Everything we do in this workshop is optional. You are always free to choose whether or not to participate. Beginners are very welcome.
-
This workshop is open to all levels – including complete beginners.
The focus will be on connection with others, but everything we do is optional. You always have the option to sit out and observe, and if you choose to participate, you will be invited to stay within your own boundaries.
Tantra is a sister practice to Ayurveda and yoga. Here, tantra is explored as a way of expanding beyond limitations while staying grounded in safety – weaving together the physical and the spiritual aspects of life.
This is a perfect workshop if you are completely new to tantra.

Jackie Härdig is a tantra facilitator and therapist originally from the USA. Her work is rooted in traditional tantra, with a focus on connection to oneself and the body.
She also teaches neo-tantra, exploring connection with others, what those encounters can bring alive in us, and how we can build a relationship with disowned parts of ourselves.
Jackie also draws on tools from hypnotherapy and shamanic therapy in her work.
