Lymph Shaking – PROGRAM CHANGE
Unfortunately, Jennifer has suddenly fallen ill and is unable to facilitate today’s Lymph Shaking session.
The original session is therefore cancelled — but we’re very happy that Richard Lang has graciously stepped in at the last moment to offer a replacement session at the same time and place:
5Rhythms Movement/Dance
Richard is a qualified and experienced 5Rhythms teacher, who will facilitate a fun and freeing session exploring the five rhythms:
Flowing • Staccato • Chaos • Lyrical • Stillness
Come as you are, move in your own way, and see where the rhythms take you.
Your existing booking remains valid — you don’t need to do anything.
